We are renowned for our fresh cuisine: Our fish is brought to the Bar directly from the sea and gets prepared immediately. At the Bar you can enjoy Kubuli beer from Dominica, Soca-Rum, and juices, freshly pressed from fruits of our garden... DELICIOUS FOOD We serve a whole range of rich dishes, carefully prepared on a banana leaf. Dishes include lobster, crayfish, tuna, red snapper and a lot more - depending on the season. In addition we serve fresh fruit and vegetable from the garden, e.g. bread-fruit, salad, homemade mango-chutney, guavas, avocado, papaya and banana-bakes. Everyone who ate here loves to come back!
