We are renowned for our fresh cuisine: Our fish is brought to the Bar directly from the sea and gets prepared immediately. At the Bar you can enjoy Kubuli beer from Dominica, Soca-Rum, and juices, freshly pressed from fruits of our garden... DELICIOUS FOOD We serve a whole range of rich dishes, carefully prepared on a banana leaf. Dishes include lobster, crayfish, tuna, red snapper and a lot more - depending on the season. In addition we serve fresh fruit and vegetable from the garden, e.g. bread-fruit, salad, homemade mango-chutney, guavas, avocado, papaya and banana-bakes. Everyone who ate here loves to come back! The trip to Dominica was just magical and the time we spent at Sister Sea was an incredible portal to the experiences of the entire country. The snorkeling outside the lodge was the only place we saw an octopus! And the help in arranging the tours to Boiling Lake and the Indian River was superb - we enjoyed meeting and learning from Wendy and Eddison.
